Pianist & Organist Ron Weinstein teams up with bassist Geoff Harper and drummer D'vonne Lewis for their own unique takes on jazz standards and original compositions. It's jazz but through the odd prism of Ron's singular mind- a jazz purist pushing the boundaries of this music. Geoff Harper's driving bass is melodic and thick, creating a solid foundation for harmonic explorations. Drummer D'vonne Lewis' steady beats and rhythmic touch add a funky and solid bedrock for the songs to build off of. Together this trio has performed together for many years and their experience together shows. A classic mix of jazz standards and forward thinking funky originals that will excite jazz & music fans alike.
